Stall & Logistics
Standard spaces come with a 6ft trestle table. Setup begins 2 hours before opening. We provide a clean, professional environment for your display.
All traders must hold valid Public Liability Insurance (min £5m). Any electrical equipment must be PAT tested within the last 12 months.
The Process
Joining our community of traders is simple. Submit your details through our online portal, and our dedicated team will review your application within 5 working days. Once approved, you'll receive a welcome pack with site maps, loading instructions, and promotional assets to help you get the most out of the event.
All traders must provide proof of Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5 million cover). Food traders also require relevant hygiene certificates and risk assessments.
Standard pitch sizes include balanced 6ft trestle tables. Extra space for backing displays can be requested during the application process.
Electricity access is available for a small additional fee. Please specify your voltage requirements in your initial application.
Set-up usually begins at 8:00 AM on the day of the event. Detailed staggered arrival times will be sent in your final trader pack.
